Megan and Peter had the perfect late summer wedding. As soon as the girls were ready (most of whom are regulars on this blog!) we departed from the city to Megan and Peter’s rural home on the Capilano river—technically in the city but the honest to goodness countryside. Guests watched the ceremony from their hay bale seating as Megan and Peter were married on the edge of the forest near an embankment of dahlias. In lieu of favours donations were made to the BCSPCA which was fitting given the couple’s evident affinity for animal husbandry ( : Guests were treated to a sundae making station, smores at the campfire and a dance floor with lasers and a smoke machine. Many thanks to my second shooters and technical assistants Jules and Amish who stayed late with me playing with OCF and savouring the remixes!
