Now that my shooting season is over, the post-production has really begun. I have even less of a life than ever, but I am still running behind schedule because I can’t resist tweaking and experimenting to get the best results! On the up side, I am getting an awful lot of images ready more quickly than I was when shooting… I should be getting a new blog posting up with images at least every week from now well into the last week of October or so. I am already half booked for next year– I am reducing the number of weddings I shoot by about half so that I can feel free to lavish time and energy on my images without freaking out about deadlines and school starting! In any event, watch for Eleonora & Joshua’s wedding to be featured in the fall edition of Real Weddings magazine…along with the fast and furious blog updates.

Uh, just a little comment about the availability calendar. The dates highlighted in green I suppose are the ones that are already booked, but the use of green could make it somewhat confusing — green normally being a colour associated with good-to-go, open, and all that. Maybe a little explanation about how to “read” the calendar….Just a thought.
Oh, and could you link to the calendar from the website itself, instead of coming via the blog to find out dates? Okay, that is definitely enough from me (-: Toodles.

Photos sure are turning out great. I am so looking forward to our May 19th wedding; I know you are going to do a fantastic job. I guess we better set up a final appointment to discuss our vision very soon – especially since you haven’t yet met my husband to be.
Hi, just a little troubleshooting — the calendar has dates highlighted in pink for April and May, but switches back to green from June onward. Perhaps this was intentional? And also, when you’re on the page (http://www.lucida-photography.com/blog/archives/47) for the latest wedding, the title/heading “jessica + tim 21.04.07 swan e set bay” begins centred, but because of its apparent length, it goes onto another line where the margin is left, so “set bay” are kind of doing their own thing on a line by themselves seeming unconnected with the rest…No big deal — well, none of these things are big deals — but I’m here to cast my critical eye over everything (-;

Incidentally, I was just going to school to study photography for fun this semester, it is much harder than I anticipated. Makes me admire your work that much more!
